The referral scheme
- Discuss the excellent service that Numero Recruitment offers with your friends and colleagues.
- They contact us and mention your name.
- They engage Numero Recruitment to assist them with their career search.
- We find a suitable position for them.
- The referral starts in the new role secured by Numero Recruitment and stays in position for 12 weeks.
- We pay you either £250, £500 or £1000!
The amount you will be paid is based on the following:
- £1000 will be paid for any referred candidates placed on a starting basic salary of £40,000 or more.
- £500 will be paid for any referred candidates placed on a starting basic salary of between £25,000 and £39,999.
- For starting salaries of £24,999 or lower the amount of £250 will be paid.
You will be entitled to the payment after the referred candidate has completed three months of employment with their new employer. Numero Recruitment reserves the right to withdraw or change the details of this offer without prior notice.
